As featured inTimes, HIPrana® is vinyasa yoga with the incorporation of belly dancing movements in the flow. It is geared to simultaneously isolate the muscles and body parts we use in belly dancing and tone the abs, hips and thighs. HIPrana® is great for those who want to tap into their confidence, feminine and personal power, creativity and sexuality.
Physically this routine strengthens the core, increases flexibly and opens the hips. On a, yoga and belly dance enable creativity, grace, individuality, personal strength, open-mindedness and sensuality. These two arts have similar philosophies like living from the heart. HIPrana® can enhance fertility and is also used as a prenatal and postnatal exercise.
