Event description

Description

The Hip-Hope Festival is a free music and arts festival with a mission to bring hope to communities impacted by violence through Hip-Hop.

Youth ages 6-17 can sign up for FREE Hip-Hope inspirational and interactive workshops featuring hip-hop music, dance and visual art, all with the goal of engaging them on ways to prevent violence in their lives and communities.

Hip-Hope will also feature uplifting live performances from local hip-hop artists, dancers and DJs. Our Hope Village will feature vendors showcasing community resources available to youth throughout Baltimore City.

The Hip-Hope Festival is sponsored in part by Free Fall Baltimore and the Baltimore City Recreation and Parks.

Free Fall Baltimore is made possible by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and the generous contributions of BGE, American Trading & Production Corporation (Atapco), and The Henry and Ruth Blaustein Rosenberg Foundation.
