Sydney Williams

Sydney Williams, Founder of Hiking My Feelings, is a motivational speaker, outdoor advocate, and healing guide. While she's been diving deep into personal growth and development since she started skydiving in 2010, Sydney's physical healing journey began in December 2016 with a hike across Catalina Island. On that hike, Sydney learned how to love her body and that she can do hard things. Just nine months after that hike, Sydney was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, a diagnosis that rocked her world and lit a fire within her to understand what was happening in her body. In the 18 months since her diagnosis, Sydney has managed to heal herself from the inside out, and her diabetes is now in remission. Join Sydney on the trail for an inspirational walk through nature or in-person workshop, sure to leave you with a new perspective for your own life.
