Hike ot Plan, Plan to Hike: Richmond Marina Bay Trail

Enjoy a leisurely 5-mile guided hike along a picturesque segment of the San Francisco Bay Trail. Learn about the center of the historic Bay Area shipbuilding industry, the creation of Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park, waterfront redevelopment including plans for the UC Berkeley/Lawrence Livermore National Lab Richmond Bay Campus, and restoration of nearby Meeker Slough and Stege Marsh. Meet at Shimada Peace Park, located at end of Marina Bay Parkway. Coffee served at 8:30 AM; hike begins at 9:00 AM.
