About this Event
This experience is all about removing yourself from daily stress & anxiety and cultivating a calm state of mind & a deeper sense of presence. It's all about your well-being.
DUE TO COVID-19:
⭐️ Make sure to follow social distancing guidelines
⭐️ Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc)
⭐️ Please use the restroom before our session because most public restroom are CLOSED
Whether it's your very first meditation session, or you are an experienced meditator, this meditation session is for you.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE:
Part 1: Mindful Hike
We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest.
Part 2: Guided Meditation
Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.
Part 3: Meditative Talk
We'll have a brief meditative talk about meditation, wellness and personal growth.
Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.
