Description

Join us for a fiery introduction to Shred 415 w/ Alice and Fadil, owners of Shred 415. This workout will consist of resistance training exercises utilizing resistance bands and body weight mixed with cardio bursts to spike your heart rate and increase calorie burn. We will target all major muscle groups finishing up with serious core work.

Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels.

Bring a friend, and let’s get shredded! Stay after for shopping and refreshments.
