HIIT Cardio Class - Waves & Wellness

This High Intensity Internal Training class will focus on leg and core work while accelerating your heart rate through cardio interval training. The class will have great music and will be a fun, energized way to begin your day! All levels are welcome and modifications will be provided. Class will be held in the Ballroom at Waves of Superior Café.
