About this event

• Join F45 Training for a 45-minute innovative, high-intensity group workout that is fast, fun, and results-driven on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in Commons Park .

• Class is complimentary, but we ask that each participant please RSVP through Eventbrite.

• In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled.

• Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those who RSVP’d by 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

• Participants should bring water, a sweat towel, and a mat if they wish to use one.
