Challenging extreme cardio kickboxing class. Punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes are used in a fun cardio workout that incorporates martial arts and fighting movements. Self-defense techniques are also covered during the kickboxing class. Get ready for an exciting high intensity workout! Get ready to sweat and to challenge yourself!
Kickboxing classes usually are 45 minutes to about an hour. I would say an average of calories burned equals approximately 600 to 800 calories per class.
