2018 HIIT Session I

30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training

Kick the new year off with with 30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training. These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn - all in just 30 minutes.

You can choose to attend any of the 5 HIIT Classes each week for ONE price!

Best Results with at least 2 HIIT sessions per week, replacing one hour of your normal workouts.
$99 non-member/$30 Member

Non-members : $99, includes our yoga-inspired class, BODYFLOW, on Saturdays at 10am. (BODYFLOW: Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings your body into a state of harmony and balance.)

Members: $30 (in addition to your paid membership)

Mondays: 6:30AM Grit Cardio

Tuesdays: 6:30PM Sprint

Wednesdays 6:30AM Grit Strength

Thursdays: 6:30PM Grit Plyo

Fridays 6:30AM Sprint

>>GRIT™ Cardio - A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Class Times: Mondays 6:30am w/Jen Bean

>>SPRINT - A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

Tuesdays 6:30pm w/Joanne & Dave

Fridays 6:30am w/Andrea

>>GRIT™ Strength - A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Class times: Wednesdays 6:30am w/Nicole Sherman

>>GRIT™ Plyo - A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean & athletic body.

Class times: Thursdays 6:30pm w/Sonja
