HIGH Fitness was created in 2014 in Utah and has taken the group fitness world by storm. It has quickly become the go-to class for gyms and studios in several states and by the end of 2016 there will be over 300 certified instructors teaching HIGH. After taking her first class, Carly Gates was hooked and immediately became certified. She has brought this fitness class to the Idaho Fitness Factory as wel las various schools, churches, fundraisers, etc. The only thing you have to lose is sweat and calories!
When was the last time you JUMPed in, tried something new and took a risk?
"In March 2015, I weighed the most I've weighed in my entire life. I knew that for my sake, and my kids' sake, I needed to get in shape. I set my pride aside and started going to the gym regularly and even though I was uncomfortable I didn't give up. I wrote down my goals and checked in with myself daily. After losing forty pounds, I certified in HIGH Fitness. I knew that my fitness journey would be similar to many of my participants. I knew what it was like to try something scary, to be afraid of failing, and I also knew the excitement of success and seeing hard work pay off."
