High Desert Death Cafe

Death Cafe is a gathering of people interested in creating community and discussing Death in a ‘Cafe’ setting. In this space we discuss death and dying in all its forms, traditions and effects. It is not group or grief therapy but intended to be a sharing of experiences, asking questions and helping to inform and educate about mortality. We will have materials and resources for people to further their inquiries and personal journeys - such a grief resources online or in the area.

Anastasia graduated in 2020 and since then has held several Death Cafe’s online and has been an advocate and educator for Death Literacy through their organization Sacred Undertaking @sacred_undertaking and Queer Death Collective @queer_death_collective an online event and organization that they co-founded

Nicci Carannante - is a Conscious Dying and Community Death Care advocate
