Mass shootings, violent protests, terrorism, and civil disturbances are a few of the High Consequence Events that can dramatically and significantly affect you and your organization's ability to function, impact near and long-term sustainability, and more importantly, maintain the safety of you, your team, and your organization. High Consequence Event Management is a core strategic principle in preventing, protecting, responding, and mitigating those rapidly unfolding events that often leave you and your employees in a traumatic and chaotic state.

High Consequence Events: Preparation, Response and Recovery offers a two-day training seminar that uses a blended training approach to help you and your organization prepare for pre-incident, incident, and post-incident responses to High Consequence Events. Our training will focus on the three-phases of HCEs and through discussion, scenario-based exercises, and hands-on reality-based training, you will be prepared to help yourself and your organization to prepare, prevent, respond, and mitigate these security concerns.
