Each year we bring our community together to celebrate the critical work of increasing resilience and adapting to a changing climate. And what better way to do that than to highlight the champions among us who are working every day, often behind the scenes, to build a better Bay Area for all?

Join us on September 30, at 4 p.m. (PT), for Hidden Heroes of the Greenbelt, a virtual benefit hosted by Greenbelt Alliance that honors the bold leaders in local government working to ensure greater climate resilience for the Bay Area. Hosted by Glynn Washington, from Snap Judgement radio show, this virtual celebration will feature three short films that tell the stories of these heroes and highlight the impact they’re making, followed by a panel discussion and guest appearances.

Grab your drinks and join us for this happy hour as we toast to a shared goal of a healthy, thriving region.

The Hidden Heroes

This year’s Hidden Heroes of the Greenbelt awards are being given to three extraordinary leaders from across the Bay Area whose stories are inspiring and whose contribution to climate and land-use policies will leave a legacy of positive impact in the region.
