Leadership in a Fast-Paced World Starts with You!

You!

You’re a leader who knows it is time to take action! Becoming a Certified Agile Leader (CAL) means becoming a leader capable of molding organizations so they can be successful now and in the future. The world is moving fast today, but for long term success, leaders and the organizations they lead need to move even faster in order to thrive in the future. Leave outdated ideas behind and take the plunge to explore new territory and create meaningful, long-lasting and effective change in your organization.

You know there are issues

  • Unprecedented amounts of available data and the speed of market changes is driving you crazy. The amount of data available today allows markets to change direction even faster than overnight! Every organization in this climate needs to deal with that reality. Organizations need to be both efficient and flexible. The balance is difficult to strike, but getting it right is one sign of exceptional leadership ability. This workshop will give you guidance and actionable ideas on how to help your organization become both faster and more flexible (and by the way, that is the true core of agility which is why this is a Certified Agile Leadership workshop). Companies which best deal with these issues have become anti-fragile, allowing them to become better by absorbing changes, rather than just resisting changes. This workshop will expose you to case studies and exercises exploring anti-fragility so you can see firsthand how it makes a difference.

  • You are convinced value can be delivered more quickly. During the workshop, you will learn how to identify the many value streams in your organization. You will see and experience what happens when those streams are slowed down, much like a beaver dam or ice can slow down a stream in the forest. You will learn how to identify the causes of the slowdowns, make wise choices on how to address them, and how to ensure value is again being delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Others have great ideas that could help you but you don’t know how to find those people. During the workshop, you will be interacting with others in similar circumstances and learning from each other. The workshop is designed to allow networking to explore possibilities both during our time together as well as after the conclusion of the workshop. In order to learn leadership skills, it is vitally important to have feedback on how you are doing and this workshop and follow-up sessions are designed for exactly that!

This workshop is very different

  • No death-by-PowerPoint or boring lectures. This workshop is designed from the ground up with an understanding of how the human brain functions and learns. You won’t experience PowerPoint and lecture during the workshop because those have been proven to be the worst way to learn new ideas. You can expect a highly engaging and interactive workshop but even more importantly, you can expect to enjoy the learning experience. Everything about the workshop is designed to aid in learning. And we mean everything. Right down to the room setup and how the class is kicked off. We hate boring workshops and we know attendees do as well, so our goal is for everyone to have fun, be engaged in learning, and at the end of the day be saying “Wow, we’re done already?” Some workshops and leadership books are designed to help you gain head knowledge but does it transfer to your leadership practice? This workshop is designed to help you learn how to implement change, not just talk about it theoretically.

  • Receive a Leadership Circle 360 Profile (LCP) and de-brief to better understand your relative strengths and weaknesses as a leader. A huge part of being a complete leader is having an acute sense of self-awareness. An organization is ALWAYS limited by its leadership team. The Leadership Circle 360 Profile is a time-tested, data-driven model which gives a leader insight into their strengths and weaknesses. With a certified LCP coach, you will get help creating an action plan toward making strengths stronger and lessen the impact of weaknesses. A Leadership Circle 360 Profile and debrief are included as part of the workshop. This is a $995 value given to you in order to help you have a solid foundation for moving forward after the workshop.

This workshop is for you only if you want to be...

…an agent of change and deliver more value throughout your entire organization.
…challenged and explore the true limits to your leadership abilities.
…using new skills and techniques which drive success now and into the future.
…the leader you are meant to be in today’s world.
…able to understand the essence of true organizational effectiveness.
…aware of the impact of organization design, vision, team structures and more.
…able to create meaningful, long-lasting and effective change in your organization.

Are you ready, because it's time!!!

You’ve now spent a few minutes reading and pondering. It is time to make a choice. Are you up for the challenge of learning more about yourself and your organization? Even if what you learn ends up meaning you and your organization may be doing some things wrong? Are you willing to put in the time and effort to improve? If yes, then scroll up and register for this Certified Agile Leadership workshop!
