Description: Please join us for a lunch talk with Jordan Thomas! Jordan was a principal architect of the SEC Whistleblower Program, and established Labaton Sucharow's whistleblower practice in 2011. Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Jordan worked at the SEC as an Assistant Director and as an Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel in the Division of Enforcement, and joined the SEC after servicing as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, specializing in complex financial services litigation.
