Join HESA and HE/Seronegative AE group members for an in person meetup at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Libertyville on September 17th from 11 AM - 3 PM!

This free social event is for Hashimoto's Encephalopathy and Seronegative Autoimmune Encephalitis patients and caregivers/family members to attend. Come and meet other HE and Seronegative AE patients in a casual, "HE/AE brain friendly" setting and safe space. Introductions and discussion will be lead by Susan Foley, Executive Director of HESA, and Maddy Boehme, Vice President of HESA. Lunch and refreshments will be provided by HESA.

Attendees are welcome and encouraged to stay and explore the area before and/or after the meetup. Hotel details can be found at Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Libertyville . Hotel is located near "Medline Industries is a 15-minute drive, it's nine miles to Great Lakes Naval Base, and less than an hour to downtown Chicago. Tee off at Pine Meadow Golf Club two miles from the hotel, or hunt for bargains at the Gurnee Mills outlets, 16 minutes away." Libertyville is about an hour North from downtown Chicago and an hour South from Milwaukee.
