The #HerStory Panel is Big Idea Lab’s global storytelling initiative.

This inspiring panel will be presented in the US, Belarus, Germany, France, India, Saudi Arabia and other locations around the world.

#HerStory brings together women from varied personal and professional backgrounds to share their stories about challenges and accomplishments, and about what success really means. Attendees gather to connect and to celebrate, but also to explore the many paths to achieving all they envision for themselves, both personally and professionally.

In this collective journey individual participants are invited to share their own experiences and to ask questions. Together, new perspectives and solutions to common challenges are uncovered and discussed. Every panelist and attendees’ participation helps to pave the path towards a new paradigm and culture around the topic of success.

The panel will be led by Marina Romashko, the founder of Big Idea Lab & Productivity Coach. Marina has met many accomplished women over the years, women whose stories and achievements she wants to shine a light on. The #HerStory Panel was created not only to recognize how phenomenal they are but also to inspire others to think outside of their cultural conditioning and to re-imagine what it means to be a successful woman/human being.
