• How will I receive my viewing link? Your VIEWING LINK will be sent to you in the confirmation email 2 days before the viewing date. BE SURE TO SCROLL DOWN TO THE LAST PAGE OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO FIND THE VIEWING LINK. We will also send a reminder email on the morning of the event that includes the viewing link. If you do not see the email immediately after purchase or recieve a reminder on the morning of the event , check your spam/junk folder. If you still need help finding it, contact us at events@hersheyfelderpresents.com.
• What if I experience technical difficulties or am unable to view the program? We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your home devices, however, we will help you as best we can. Please remember that your purchase includes an additional week of “on demand” viewing access, so you can watch whatever you missed later.

• What's the refund policy? There are no refunds for this event.
• Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? No transfers or sharing.
• May I give this as a gift or purchase access for multiple households? Yes, you may gift access to friends and family! To do so, you will need to make a separate purchase for each household and provide a different name and email address associated with that viewing household.
