On October 4, 2017, Founding Chef, Brian Malarkey, and the talented Herringbone culinary team will bring the ocean, land and sea to one of the James Beard Foundation's most notable events - A Beard House Dinner in New York City.

In honor of this prestigious event, all Herringbone locations will be hosting a tribute dinner on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 7pm. The menu will feature the 5 courses Chef Brian Malarkey and his team served at the New York City event. Each course will be accompanied by a varietal hand picked for each location. Tickets are $125 per person and need to be purchased via the Herringbone ticket site.


FIRST
1 Fish, 2 Fish, 3 Fish...ceviche, poke & tartare

SECOND
Baja Clam Chowder - chocolate clams, verde

THIRD
Block Island Stripped Bass - smoky miso broth, apple, celery root

FOURTH
Fish, Meats, Field - slow roasted veal loin, razor clam, braised local greens

SWEET
Chocolate Almond Cake - elderflower, pomegranate, marshmallow

*Each course will be paired with the perfect vintage. Wine pairings will vary per location.
