Don't forget to bring your fishing license, sunscreen and bug spray. NO Drugs or Alcohol are permitted at HOW events. Life jackets are required to be worn at all times while on the water.

HOW provides all equipment and tailors each experience to the individual. Our volunteer-led events come at no charge to participants and their families. Whether you wish to spend time alone or want to connect with other participants, it's all good. We understand that every healing journey is unique, and our goal is to make every experience as comfortable as possible.
