Heroes of The Harlem Renaissance: Jazz Edition starts November 15th! This virtual 4 week series over a private Zoom link, will be the first of many! This class will focus on the jazz greats of the era.
Using colorful picture books, music and creative writing activities, students will discover the history, culture and music of this exciting time period in Black history. There will also be plenty of hands-on activities and an interactive digital study guide given to students for further study. This class is intended for homeschooled children ages 7-9 years old.
Once registered, the organizer, Able to Teach Homeschool Collective, will contact attendees and provide further details about the class and minimal household supplies required for class activities.
Dates: Tues. 11/15, 11/22, 11/29, 12/6
Times: 11 am-12 pm EST
Regular cost: $100/child (Ask about the sibling discount)
