Description

Please join us on Sunday, September 23rd for a fundraiser dinner for the Herndon Family. As Promega's Executive Chef, Nate and his family have been important, lifelong friends to Madison's restaurant industry, so when his wife Jen was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma, we do what restaurant folk always do in turbulant times -- cook good food!


Seven Course Dinner -- $135 per guest, $75 optional wine pairing

Chef Sean Pharr of Mint Mark

Chef Kristine Miller of Dough Baby Bakery


All proceeds from the event will benefit Nate and Jen, and their four daughters, Grace, Maddy, Stella, and Sophie. An option to provide direct monetary donations to the Herndon Family is also available, in lieu of a dinner ticket.

FOURTH Tothill Farm chicken, cucumber & peach in nuoc cham, puffed squid ink, chicken liver mousse, cilantro (Chef Itaru Nagano)

FIFTH Carlyle beef, fermented potatoes, beef fat & carrots, pickled ramps, bordelaise (Chef Itaru Nagano)

SIXTH Bleu Mont Dairy aged raw milk gouda, Enos Farm smoked ham, brioche, bourbon barrel aged maple syrup

DESSERT Warm hickory nut cake, plums, bay laurel ice cream, banyuls (Chefs Kristine Miller & Elizabeth Dahl)
