Description

Mark Arbogast will use historic postcard views to show the construction of the McCalls Ferry Dam and hydroelectric plant, now known as Holtwood. The majority of the construction was completed between 1900 and 1910. The presentation will include views of the site before and during construction, views that demonstrate the methods used to transport building materials, and viewsof "Little Italy", the area where employees and construction workers were housed.
