Description

The Annual Arcadia Heritage Festival will be held Saturday November 4th from 9:00am - 4:00pm in beautiful historic downtown Arcadia.

Music, Food, Car Shows, Museum Tours, and more! Activities and Events for all ages.

This event allows people to see it, touch it, and feel it. From farm animals to pottery, there is something for everyone. The kids like learning how to use tools and experience different activities, the adults love interacting with interpreters and gardeners, and touring the John Morgan Ingraham House. You truly can experience life on the frontier, all in one place at the Heritage Festival!

Festival Information: The Arcadia Heritage Festival is Saturday, November 4th in historic downtown Arcadia from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.


Fees: A craft booth is $30.00, a non-profit booth is $20.00 (must provide a copy of documentation). All food booths are $50.00. Applications are due October 6th, for any received after October 6th, an additional $15 will be added. Spaces are 10 x 10. If more space is needed, additional space may be purchased. All Fees are non-refundable. NO Exceptions. Vendors are responsible for all sales tax, both collected and payment. Spaces for food vendors are limited.


Set Up: Vendors are responsible for providing tables, chairs and all other materials. Tents and potential blow away items MUST be secured. Vendor set up will begin on Saturday November 4th at 7:00 am. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8:30 AM YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP!! NO EXCEPTIONS! After your area is set up, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area.


Space Assignments: Space assignments are determined on a first come, first serve basis (as application and payments are received). You will receive your booth number via email by Friday, October 26th. The spaces will be marked on the street with the numbers.


Mobile Food Units: Tents, tables, mobile food trailers or pushcarts will be allowed. Any mobile unit cannot cover an area larger than 10 x 10 or additional space will need to be purchased. Units must be made stationary. Please indicate the size of your unit on your vendor application.


Generators: Electricity is not available. Quite generators are allowed. Please mark that you will be using a generator on your application.


Sanitation: All food vendors are responsible to keep a clean and sanitary area. Trash cans will be provided in the food area. Food vendors are required to follow all health rules. All vendors MUST dispose of and remove all trash, prior to departing.


Tear Down: Vendors may not tear down their booths until 4:00 pm. Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area until 4:00pm.
