Event description

Description

Her Sweet Release is an upscale event exclusively for Black women who love Black women.

Her Sweet Release is an opportunity to meet and celebrate Black women in an inviting environment complete with art, live music, DJ, food, intentional conversation starters, and an open bar all evening.

Join us as we head home to where it all started - Baltimore city!

Whether you're attending as a couple, solo, or with a few of your good friends, you can look forward to an interactive experience that leaves you feeling connected, inspired, and, if you do it right, incredibly sexy!

Cocktail attire is a MUST for the night and we'll be rewarding our best dressed guests with prizes. Be sure to follow us on social media (Instagram, Facebook) for inspiration.

Finally, when you register for Her Sweet Release you'll be asked to share your beverage preferences and dietary restrictions. Your responses will guide our bar and food choices for the night so don't hold back!

Admission includes the following carefully cultivated experiences:

  • Live music + DJ
  • An inspiring art installation
  • Sparkling wine toast at midnight
  • An open bar (all night) featuring signature cocktails
  • Mouth-watering passed food including vegetarian and vegan options
  • A night to get to know other dynamic Black women who love Black women in the area

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, guests must be 25 years of age or older.

What is the dress code? Will the dress code be enforced?

The dress code is Creative Cocktail - that's cocktail attire with your own unique twist. If you're on the fence about what to wear the more formal the better. Check out our Instagram page for inspiration too. #IssaPhotoshoot Yes, the dress code will be enforced. Athletic wear nor jeans are permitted.

Who can attend this event?

This event is open to all who identify as Black, queer/lesbian women as well as those that identify as Black women allies. It is our goal to champion this under celebrated intersectional identity. Women of all gender expressions are welcome.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Yes, our venue is handicap accessible.

Is parking available? What should I expect when traveling to ?

Street parking in the immediate area will be extremely limited. The best option is to carpool or use a rideshare platform (Uber/Lyft) to the venue. We strongly recommend giving yourself an extra 30-45 minutes to travel to the venue if using a rideshare platform and an additional 1 hour if you're driving and wish to park in the area.

What can I bring into the event?

Positive energy and a picture id.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

No. We like to prepare for each guest and selling tickets at the door would prohibit us from doing so.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

All questions can be directed to Info@HerSweetRelease.com

What's the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. However, tickets are transferable should your ability to attend change.
