Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (EDT)
Hen Hatch is the University of Delaware’s premier startup funding competition. It provides entrepreneurial students, alumni, faculty, and staff with the opportunity to make connections and collect feedback on their ideas while competing for startup cash and in-kind prizes totaling more than $50,000. On April 30, six finalists will pitch their businesses to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs, investors and business executives.
The event will also feature a keynote address by Mike Phelan, venture partner of Osage Venture Partners, as well as an entrepreneurial exhibition featuring several student & alumni startups. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments, including beer and wine, will be provided.
