    • Not understanding why your friends and relatives are getting assistance and you are not?

    • Trying to figure out how come you do not have a government secured mortgage? Trying to decipher how did you not know you were supposed to ask? Not sure if you can change your non-government secured to a government secured mortgage?

    • Needing help to organize the mortgage relief noise so you can put things in order.

    Our no cost 2-hour webinar, taught by HUD Certified Counselors, will examine, and address the many concerns mentioned above shedding light on the different types of mortgage relief options that are available (i.e., Loan Modification) for homeowners with Government versus NON-Government Secured Mortgage(s), how they work, and tips on applying. You will leave the session with a plan of action to begin the initial steps with the necessary resources to begin the path toward financial recovery.

    Topics covered during the webinar:

    • Does the loan servicer have to provide mortgage relief assistance? *

    • Learn what the types of mortgage relief options there are for homeowners with NON-Government Secured Mortgage(s) (i.e., Loan Modification, Partial Claim…)?

    • Understand what information you will need to provide your Loan Servicer* in order to participant in these mortgage relief programs (i.e., Loan Modification, Partial Claim…)?

    • What does it mean if you return to work versus remaining unemployed – do the options vary?

    • What happened if I come out of forbearance into a loan modification and I’m affected again by actually getting the virus, having a family member who gets it, or our household employment is affected?

    • If granted a mortgage relief option by your loan servicer i.e., loan modification; understand how other payment assistance funding/programs from the city, county, state, or federal will fit with options you are granted.

    • What happened if I am denied for any mortgage relief options?

    • I have multiple properties can I participate in mortgage relief options on all properties?
