Frequently asked questions
That is entirely up to you? If you have mechandise to show or want to layout products for sale then you will need a stall. If you have a prototype or an idea then probably not and I would circulate the room networking.
You will get one of the Boxpark bench tables that are available. These are quite large and I don't have exact measurements yet. I will try to get this for you in case you wish to get a table cloth. They're definitely much bigger than a standard 6ft x 3ft table though.
Absolutely. If you have a standard 6ft x 3ft table (with or without table cloth) you're more than welcome to bring this with you for your stall set up. It will look more professional.
No, Simon has not been requested to attend but will be aware the event is occurring and if he wishes to appear that will be entirely up to him. His diary is packed with meetings, filming content and trying to change the UKs education system.
This is for one person and a stall at the Showcase this is your small section to show what you're building. For extra people please purchase extra general admission tickets.
Unfortunately no. We cant allow Food and Drink vendors at this event but i'm hoping to have this in the future. The reason is the Location Boxpark, Wembley, who kindly lend us their venue at cost, have their own venders and we support them to improve sales over the event.
Please reach out to me at events@helpbnk.com with your specific needs but i can't guarentee it as I will have limited access to this. It might be a case of waiting for an alternative showcase in 2026.
Stall tickets cost £12.50 and we have a small form to fill in to ensure no inappropriate content gets through to the event and we have contact details for the day. We will then select between 40-50 businesses to have the opportunity to attend.
