Help with MACRA & Value Based Care
Wed, May 3, 2017, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM EDT
PAMED's Practice Options Initiative (POI) will create a number of services to help physicians and practices transition to value-based care payment models and comply with the new MACRA law. In this program, Jaan Sidorov, MD, President and CEO of PAMED's new Care Centered Collaborative, will update you on what the Practice Options Initiative is doing to support patient care through a statewide MACRA service.
The Pennsylvania Medical Society believes that protecting physicians’ decision-making ability and practice autonomy is essential to successfully transitioning medical practices and health care systems to value-based payment models. Value-based models, such as clinically integrated networks (CINs), lead to better collaboration among health care providers and facilities, which improve quality and efficiency.
PAMED has started the Practice Options Initiative with this mission in mind.
The POI will create a management services organization (MSO) and clinically integrated networks to equip Pennsylvania physicians with the tools to successfully navigate the rapidly changing health care world.
Plan to attend this program to learn about the MACRA Readiness services that will be offered by the Practice Options Initiative.
Networking and reception begins at 6:00 PM.
Program begins at 6:30 PM.
