This will be a charity WOD to bring awareness , raise funds for PTSD and honor the memory of all heros that lost their battle with this disease. All ages and abilities are welcome.
(all movements can be scaled)
No One Fights Alone (Teams of 2)
15 Minutes AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible)
Row 1100 Meters
60 Dumbbell Snatches (60lb/30lb) while resting partner hold a plate overhead (45/25)
40 synchronized burpees
Each partner performs a 20 meter fire fighter carry
Row 1110 meters
All movements and weights can be modified. This WOD is about working together and having your partner's back.
