Welcome to Hyper CrossFIT! Hell Unleashed is a CrossFit competition open to all Crossfitters with 2 categories, Scaled and RX.
Scaled Category: Athletes in this category are typically new to CrossFit and have not competed in any competitions OR less than 3 years of CrossFit experience. The scaled division for this competition will be where beginners/intermediate athletes feel most comfortable if they are not able to handle the weights/difficulty of the RX division.
RX Category: Athletes in this category typically have experience in competing in CrossFit competitions (3+ years) and are usually able to do the prescribed weight/movement without any degree of difficulty.
All athletes should report at 8:15 am for check in. Parking will be available in our parking lot and once full on Cadillac Road. More information will be emailed one week prior to the event. For now, here are the WOD's.

8 KB Swings (70/55)
Scaled: 16 Slam Ball to over Shoulder (40/25)

*Athletes will choose one movement to do for 3:00, then another to do for 2:00, and the final for 1:00.
