Held - Summer Women’s Circle

Welcome to the Held Summer Women's Circle and Ceremony.

Our time in circle will be guided by these anchor points:

✨Cocoa ceremony: a beautiful way to to connect to spirit and the elements. Cacao's gentle yet powerful spirit opens our hearts and drops us into deep presence.

✨Breath: ease into the circle by awakening our mind and bodies with gentle breath. Deep slow belly breaths.

✨Movement: Guided movement to unlock our hips, expand our hearts, release stuck energy.

✨ Flower healing meditation: we'll be guided into a deep conversation with plant consciousness and the flowers grown on Alice's flower farm.

✨Sharing: a space to share what has moved, what you are claiming for the future. Be seen and received by your sisters.

🌞Held circles run with the seasons, and this circle will be a gentle attunement to the potent energy of Summer. We’ll work the warm fluidity of this season to shift stuck energy and calling more for life for 2026. This will be a spicy one 🔥

Hello beauty! I have been immersed in women’s circles for over ten years and these spaces have helped me through my biggest initiations. Many of my breakthrough moments have not been found in a therapist room… but in women's circles. It’s truly amazing what can happen in a women’s heart when it has space to experience itself, and I’m honored to host a safe space and practices to guide you home. I’m also a mum and a flower farmer devoted to bringing flower magic into the world.
