Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
If you have purchased your tickets at the OLLI or ASPEC member rates, your membership will be verified at the check-in table. If you are unsure about your membership status, you may wish to verify it with the OLLI staff prior to your arrival (firstname.lastname@example.org). Otherwise, you do not need to provide any documentation of membership – we will have a current membership list on hand.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking will be available adjacent to Miller Auditorium, with handicap options available.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Due to the state-of-the-art setting of the Miller Auditorium, food and drink are not allowed inside the theater. Refreshments will be available at intermissions.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can pass your ticket along to a friend if you do not plan to use it.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds on National Theatre. You can, however, give your ticket to a friend if you are unable to use it.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please do. If you misplace your ticket we can verify your purchase at the check-in desk, but it will ease the line if you bring your paper ticket.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
