Learn how to make a plant-based Queso Fresco from scratch to prepare an easy plant-based dinner with Chef Wendy Centeno.
About this event
For an easy plant-based dinner, students will be taught how to make Vegan Queso Fresco and pickled jalapeños.
To top it off, we will make handmade tortillas using LA Plaza Cocina's comal and make salsa de molcajete.
