Learn how to make a vegan version the traditional Mexican dish of Mole Verde with Chef Jocelyn Ramirez!

About this event

There are a variety of mole dishes made throughout Mexico that take hours to prepare. This plant-based Mole Verde is amazingly easy to make and combines the perfect mix of freshness and warmth in a dish.

We will pair our Mole with sautéed mushrooms and eat them with freshly made corn tortillas made on LA Plaza Cocina's comal.
