Friday, November 30, 2012 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PST)
Get your stock pots out and be ready to use them for this classes recipes as we create a meal for the entire family in this class on Soups and Stews.
Cioppino - The classic fisherman stew that originated here in San Francisco. Crab season has just begun and now is the perfect time to enjoy this seasonal bounty. Our recipes adds a few short cuts and you can have it ready in 30 minutes or less.
Hearty Italian Lentil - Lentils are combined with Kale and Spinach to make a healthy soup that is full of flavor, vitamins and nutrients. Plus it tastes really really good.
Roasted Potato Leek - Using the oven to caramelize the leeks gives this soup a slighly sweet flavor and the potatoes add plenty of body. Finished with just a touch of sour cream, this soup is perfect.
Chicken Stew - This rich stew gets much of its flavors by using dark meat still on the bone which infuses the broth with stock.
Class being at 6:30pm and last approximately 2-2.5 hours. Cost is $75.
