Description

This full HeartMath training workshop takes place over three Tuesday evenings. The fee includes a colour workbook and the Eventbrite fees. The GST is added to the cost.

How do you feel when you are under stress? Frustrated, anxious, tired, depressed? This science based program, provides simple breathing techniques to build resilience and coherence. The objective is to reduce stress to build a more balanced and healthy life. It has been my experience that a person can shift, with simple breathing techniques, from a state of stress to calm in two minutes or less. With the opening words to the Heart-Focused Breathing Technique is see a shift in a person's face and an immediate relaxation. This program teaches the simplest and most effective tools I have found to reduce stress quickly. Thought is the only thing we have control over of. With thought comes choice. You can choose to live in depleting emotions (stress) or renewing emotions (peace, calmness, and joy).

Street parking is free after 6:00pm. It is $1.25 per hour prior to 6:00pm

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring a snack and water. Bring a pen or pencil and note pad. Exercise handouts will be provided.
