Heartfulness Meditation is a simple and effective way to integrate Meditation into our daily life. There is no fee for anyone wanting to practice the method and is being practiced by millions of people worldwide.
We meditate as a group every Sunday between 9 AM and 10 AM, and we invite you to join us and try the method out for a few months and feel the benefit for yourselves.
We offer free introduction session at 10:30 AM on 2nd Sunday of every month.
