This registration is STRICTLY for VOLUNTEERS ONLY.

We are in need of volunteers for our Annual Gift Giving Event on Sunday, December 15th 2019 from 9:30am-4:00pm.

* Volunteers MUST wear RED shirts.

* You will not be expected to stay the entire event but it would be greatly appreciated if you could. Volunteers will not be able to register to receive gifts, this will help us to keep the two separated and organized.

*Please DO NOT register to be a volunteer if you are registered to receive gifts.

There will be several duties for volunteers and it will be very strenuous at times. Some duties will require you to lift, bend, sit, stand, or walk for hours at a time. Comfortable shoes suggested.

Duties/Descriptions

Standing/Walking for long periods of time

Gift wrapping- help members gift wrap their presents.

Crowd control- ask those waiting in line to wait patiently and have their barcodes or tickets ready ahead of time.

Child supervision- Supervise children in play area, no shoes in jumpers and no rough housing.

Refreshments/food table- make sure all refreshments remain stocked and the table stays clean

Walkers- check members wristbands for information, grab a clear plastic bag and help them choose their gifts, stay with them the entire way and walk them to the gift wrapping table. Then start all over again

Floaters- Walk around making sure everything is ok throughout the event and clean any messes you find. See if there's any stations that need help and alert someone on the admin team.

If you arrive early (9:30-11) we will need your help setting up tables and chairs as well as organizing gift tables.

Breakdown/Clean up- We will close doors to registrants at 3:15 and must be cleared out of the venue by 4pm. We need all hands on deck for this. Greatly appreciated if you can stay for cleanup

ALL Volunteers must wear Red Shirts, we have red shirts but limited sizes and quantity, we will need them back after the event. If you have a plain red shirt, please wear to the event.
