Heart Failure Support Group

Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with heart failure? You're not alone. Come meet in a safe place with others who can relate. Each meeting will begin with 20 - 30 minutes of education on managing your condition, including nutrition, medications, daily weigh-ins and more. The rest of the meeting will be the support group portion facilitated by a Cardiac Rehab Nurse.
