Heart Center Workshop — Open, Soften, Receive
Overview
April invites us into the Heart Center, the bridge between grounding and intuition—the place where compassion, connection, and emotional openness live. This trauma-informed workshop blends gentle heart-opening movement, soft breathwork, expressive art meditation, and reflective journaling to help you explore tenderness in a safe, supportive way.
You’ll learn how the Heart Center relates to love, boundaries, forgiveness, and emotional balance. No experience is needed. Just come with a willingness to soften and be present with yourself.
This is a beautiful moment in your Root-to-Crown journey to release old tension, invite warmth, and reconnect to your own capacity for compassion.
