This class will introduce you to the wide variety of whole grains commonly available, and you’ll learn the essential methods and correct ratios for properly cooking grains at home. We will prepare grain-centric dishes – perfect for home meals and larger gatherings – that will show you how to integrate this amazing, healthful food group into your everyday eating.
