Obesity is a global epidemic, but ground zero is here in the United States. We have the highest obesity rates in the world. The health problems associated with being obese include increased risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and some cancers. Keeping a healthy weight is crucial to reducing those risks.
Dr. Natalia Usoltseva, a board certified internal medicine physician at UW Neighborhood Smokey Point Clinic, developed the “Healthy Weight” class to help you create a weight-control strategy. In this free class, Dr. Usoltseva provides detailed information about:
