“Mindful Aging - Living Large Through to the End” is the topic for the March “Healthy U” lecture at Covenant Village of the Great Lakes on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 10 a.m. Covenant Village of the Great Lakes is a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located at 2510 Lake Michigan Drive N.W., Grand Rapids.
David Sharp, M.D., will put aside the popular trends and fads and remind guests of the basics of how to live and age well. Guests will learn about the natural aging process and how and why making sensible choices reduces health risks and enhances longevity.
