This is a 9 week program that helps create an amazing mind set, to help you organize your time,understand your why's and get motivated to make changes, this is the first 3 weeks of the program. The next 3 weeks focuses on the health of your body. Healthy eating. Foods that harm, foods that heal. Learn ways to reduce symptoms of IBS, PMS, arthritis and many more. The final 3 weeks helps create ways to meditate.Strategies to relieve stress. Learn coping skills to keep your mind and body healthy during stressful times.
