Continue the conversation about Mental Health. Let's talk.

Join us! The Community Conversations on Access to Mental Health Resources is a free and interactive event put on by Healthy RC and the City of Rancho Cucamonga in order to increase awareness and build a communitywide culture of support around mental health.

Come and learn exactly how to access mental health resources from local mental health service providers. We will have spotlight presentations from a variety of organizations in the Inland Empire to give you tips and tricks on how to find the best mental health provider for you or your loved one. We will also have a meditation/mindfulness workshop for all to enjoy!

2-1-1 San Bernardino United Way

By clicking or dialing 2-1-1, you reach a FREE, 24-hour resource hub linking you to thousands of local health and human services. Staffed 24 hours per day by caring, experienced and trained specialists, 211 San Bernardino connects you with help for health and social services as well as community information and assistance in times of natural disasters.

Inland Empire Health Plan

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is a not-for-profit, rapidly growing Medi-Cal and Medicare health plan in California. With a provider network of over 5,000 providers and more than 1,800 employees, they serve over 1.2 million residents of the Riverside and San Bernardino counties who are enrolled in Medi-Cal or Medicare.

Southcoast Community Services

Southcoast Community Services provide a broad spectrum of mental health counseling, therapy, and psychiatric services. Services are offered to all ages, from four years old, to teens, to younger adults, to older adults. They have clinics in San Bernardino County and Orange County and have community-based programs, which allows them to come meet with kids and their families at their schools, homes, and sometimes at community locations. We serve over 16,000 kids, teens, and adults each year... plus their families.
