Ladies, this workshop is a must!!!
Do you find yourself always trying to figure out how to eat healthily, or have you been feeling weary, irritated, and emotional, and want to live a more vibrant, happier life? Augusta Washington, BS Food Science & Nutrition and EFNEP Program Educator from NC State University, will be sharing how YOU can eat nutritious foods on a budget!
In this 2-hour course, you'll learn about healthy choices and how to live a healthy life that gives you more energy! Gain insight on how to shop for fresh, healthy foods and how to replace sugar-laden meals with healthier alternatives. Discover tips and advice on cooking techniques, and understanding food labels. Plus, learn meal planning that will fit YOUR budget!
Ms. Washington will share her knowledge and how she has been able to live a full life by making healthier food choices.
This Webinar is for Women Only especially women who may be homeless (living in a shelter or transitional home), women who are displaced (not in their own place), young women aging out of Foster Care or women in need who lack a support network and/or lack resources or confidence to gain self-sufficiency.
