You are invited to an evening of fun and learning together with a focus on wellness: mental and physical healthand wellness.Participants will be invited to register for 2 sessions, and all will enjoy the snacks, community partner booths, and the Keynote speaker: Allison Potts, DDSB Mental Health Lead!
Some small group sessions: Time management, Stress management, Learning disabilities, The importance of attendance for student success, positive psychology, visual schedules to support students, technology workshops, empathy building, to name a few!
