Allison Poole, PT, MPT-- Casco Bay Physical Therapy

Presentation:

Our bodies go through an incredible change during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. The demands on our muscles and joints can lead to pain, weakness of the core muscles, incontinence and the inability to do the activities we love. This can leave us feeling defeated and not sure of where to start, or simply accepting these symptoms as a “new normal.” Allison will empower you to realize why you are experiencing the symptoms you’re having and offer strategies you can begin implementing today.
